DR. ASHLEY HERMAN, DNP

Insula's founder, Ashley, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who specializes in non-surgical facial rejuvenation. She earned her Doctorate at Rush University with Summa Cum Laude honors and is the recipient of the prestigious Agatha Hodgins award. Ashley's background as an anesthesia provider has provided her with expert injection skills, advanced knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and practiced commitment to patient education and safety.

Ashley is a national Merz Aesthetics trainer, an Energy Based Device educator for Beautiphi Academy, and an educator and mentor for aesthetic injectors across the country.

Jordan Louis RN, BSN, CLT

Jordan is a Registered Nurse who earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University and went on to expand her practice with multiple Medical Aesthetic certifications from the Confidence Bar, the Aesthetic Medical Laser Academy, Galderma, and Merz Aesthetics. She is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best with individualized treatments and cutting-edge technologies. Jordan lives in Glen Ellyn with her two young children and in her spare time loves to fill friends' plates and bellies with her latest culinary creation.

Lori O'Grady MSN, WHNP

Aesthetic provider

Lori is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006 and Master of Science in Nursing in 2010 at the University of Pennsylvania. Lori is passionate about helping patients feel their best through aesthetic treatments and women’s health management. Lori lives in Winfield and enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her husband, son, and their dog!

MONA ERTER MBA, LE, CLT

Aesthetic provider

Mona earned her Masters in Business Administration from Loyola University, her Medical Esthetics training from the University of Aesthetics and Cosmetology, and her Laser Technician certification from the American Medical Laser Academy. She brings a soothing touch and passion for harmony to every one of her treatments to restore the skin's "Shanti," -Sanskrit for inner peace. Mona is also a mom to two busy teenage girls in Glen Ellyn and always in search of a hot yoga class with an open mat.
